Silver Plated Split Rings
These silver plated Split Rings in 6mm are a type of small metal ring with a slit cut into the side that allows it to open up slightly, similar to a miniature key ring. They are commonly used in jewellery making to attach charms or other small components to necklaces, bracelets, and keychains, as they are more secure than jump rings and less likely to come apart. The split in the ring can be opened with pliers or a split ring opener tool to attach other items, and then closed back up for a secure hold.
As these split rings are made of Plated metal, where a fine layer of silver has been bonded onto the brass base metal, over time and with excess use this layer may eventually wear away. All our plated metal findings are compliant with EU REACH regulations.

Returns & Refunds
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. As a small, family-run business, we genuinely care about getting things right, and if anything's not quite as expected, we're here to help put it right.
Faulty, Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items
Every order comes with free Order Protection as standard. If anything arrives damaged, faulty, missing or incorrect, file a claim within 30 days of receipt with your order details and a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund quickly. Return shipping for these issues is covered by us.

Lost or Delayed Orders
Parcels can occasionally run late, so before raising a claim please allow 7 days past the expected delivery date for UK orders, or 14 days for international orders. After that, file a claim or email us and we'll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement, refund or resolution.
Returns (Change of Mind)
Not suitable? Return it for a refund within 30 days of receipt, provided:
- Items are unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
- Retail packs of crystals are unopened. Once opened, they cannot be returned.
- Wholesale packs are unopened with the seal intact (a 20% administration fee applies).
- Bundles are returned complete, they cannot be split or partially returned.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings, ear-wires and ear posts cannot be returned.
- Bespoke, made-to-order, special production, sale and end-of-line items are non-returnable.
Change-of-mind return shipping is at your cost, and we recommend a tracked, insured service.
