To complete any of these actions, simply click the Bluestreak Rewards icon at the bottom left of our website and select Ways to Earn. ✨

Once you've built up your points balance, you can redeem them for discount coupons to use at checkout. Here's what's available:

To redeem your points, click the Bluestreak Rewards icon at the bottom left of our website and select Ways to Redeem. Your discount coupon code will be displayed on screen and emailed to you for safekeeping, just enter it at checkout to apply your discount. ✨

Bluestreak Rewards has four VIP tiers, the more you engage with us, the higher you climb. Reaching a new tier earns you bonus promotion points as a thank you:

VIP Tiers are recalculated every year starting 1st January, giving everyone a chance to climb higher and unlock new rewards.

To check your current tier and see how many points you need to reach the next one, click the Bluestreak Rewards icon at the bottom left of our website and browse to the VIP Tiers section. ✨

To keep our rewards programme fresh and active, your reward points expire 12 months after they are earned.

This means each batch of points you earn has its own expiry date based on when it was earned, regardless of any other activity on your account.

Don't worry, we'll always send you a friendly reminder before your points are due to expire, so you have plenty of time to redeem them for a discount coupon. ✨

To check your points balance and any upcoming expiry dates, click the Bluestreak Rewards icon in the bottom left corner of our website. ✨

A few things to keep in mind about your rewards points:

• Points are only earned once payment for your order has been fully processed.
• Points are not earned on orders fully or partially paid for using reward points.
• If all or part of your order is cancelled or refunded, the corresponding reward points will be deducted from your account.
• Reward points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Bluestreak Crystals reserves the right to update the rewards programme terms at any time, we'll always let you know if there are any changes. ✨
