When your order has been dispatched our system will automatically send you an email / sms to confirm that your order has been dispatched, along with the tracking number and a link to the carriers website, so that you can track the progress and delivery of your order.

Yes, you certainly can! We operate a sample service for all of our brands of crystals including Swarovski, Serinity, Preciosa and Estella. This provides you with a more affordable way to check a type of crystal, the size and / or colour, before ordering in bulk.

When ordering a sample you can select the crystal brand, type of crystal, size and / or colour. You can select as few or as many samples as required.

When an order is placed via our online shop, you can see your historical orders by logging into your account. From here you can select orders and download a PDF invoice.

We offer the largest range of high quality crystals worldwide from the world's leading brands / manufacturers. Our range includes Swarovski Crystals, Serinity Crystals, Preciosa Crystals and Estella Crystals.

We only sell genuine cut-glass crystals so you can be sure that all of our crystals offer excellent levels of brilliance and sparkle. However, some are more sparkly than others, but they are also more expensive.

Crystal Colour

When a colour has no effect in or on it, it is the standard version of that colour. Classic ‘Crystal’ (Foiled) is where the glass is completely colourless, and you can see straight through to the silver foiling on the back. The foil is reflective like the back of a mirror and helps the multi-faceted laser-cut glass sparkle to its fullest potential. If a crystal is a colour from the standard range this means the glass itself is coloured and the silver foiling on the back is there to both enhance the boldness of the colour and prevent it from being see through and therefore affected by what ever colour is behind it.

Crystal AB Colour

‘AB’ is short for ‘Aurora Borealis’, also known as the Northern Lights. This spectacular natural phenomenon is mimicked by this crystal effect, which has an iridescent coating that covers the top of the crystal, making it shimmer like the rainbow. The AB effect can look different depending on the brand, Serinity AB shimmers predominantly in hues of pink with subtler notes of blue. When this effect is applied over the top of a coloured crystal, for example ‘Light Siam’, you can still see the red underneath but there is a noticeable pink and blue shine to it as it hits the light.

Hotfix Flat Back Crystals

Hotfix crystals have a flat reverse side that has been pre-coated with a heat-sensitive glue and they can be applied onto fabrics and materials using an iron (steam turned off) or a hotfix applicator. Hotfix Flatbacks are perfect for adding durable sparkle for segments such as bridal, dance, fashion, film and theatre.

Non Hotfix Flat Back Crystals

Non hotfix crystals can easily be applied to most surfaces by hand, using one or two component glues which are most suitable for the surface, use and project. Non Hotfix Flatbacks are perfect for adding sparkle for segments such as accessories, crafting, dance, embellishment, fashion, film, nails and theatre.

Body and Nail Art

Yes, you can use any of our brands of crystals for body and nail art as long as a suitable and safe glue is used to adhere the crystals to skin and nails. For Nails we recommend avoiding the use of crystals with a metallic coating such as Crystal Aurum, Crystal Rose Gold and Crystal Capri Gold. Metallic coatings have a weakness with abrasion, meaning that the surface coating can wear off quickly and the crystals will turn black.

Teeth Art

With regards to Tooth gems, you can use any of our brands of crystals for teeth art as long as a suitable and safe glue is used to adhere the crystals to teeth. IMPORTANT NOTE: we are unable to provide any guarantee with regards to the integrity of the crystals used for this type of application. This is because there are many acidic foods and liquids, and third party substances such as alcohol and drugs that can enter the mouth that may impact the integrity of the crystal i.e. damage to the surface or colour of the crystal, or the crystal may separate away from the foiling on the back of the crystal.
