The right time to file a claim depends on the type of issue:

- For UK orders: Please wait a minimum of 7 days after the expected delivery date.
- For international orders: Please wait a minimum of 14 days after the expected delivery date, as customs and international shipping can sometimes cause delays.

- If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your order, please check with neighbours, household members, or alternative locations first.

Order Protection provides full coverage if your package is lost in transit by the carrier or stolen after delivery. Please remember:
