Our Transfer Design Service makes it possible to create unique custom patterns of Swarovski Crystals tailored specifically to your products, saving you valuable time and effort compared to applying crystals individually. Every transfer is created by Swarovski using computer-aided design technology, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and a professional finish.
You can choose the type of transfer that best suits your project, whether Self Adhesive, Coldfix, or Hotfix, and the service scales to your requirements, from a single piece to thousands of transfers.
📋 How It Works
Our Transfer Design Service follows a straightforward, considered process:
- Submit Your Design Details, complete the Transfer Design Request form at the bottom of this page and upload any images or drawings relevant to your design. We'll review your requirements and contact you with any questions.
- Swarovski Design Team, we work directly with Swarovski's Design Team to turn your concept into a transfer made from Swarovski Crystals. Please note: this stage typically takes 2-3 days.
- Design & Cost Review, once your design is complete, we'll send you the transfer design artwork and line drawing (including dimensions and crystals used), minimum order quantity, and total cost (including VAT). Transfer samples can be provided at an additional cost.
- Approval & Payment, once you've approved the design and made payment, we'll place your order with Swarovski and confirm the delivery date. Please note: manufacturing typically takes 6-8 weeks depending on the complexity and quantity required.
- Delivery, on receipt from Swarovski, your motifs are quality checked and dispatched to you via courier with signed delivery.
