Alongside the headline innovations, AW27/28 brings a substantial set of line extensions. Crystal Aurum extends across further flat backs, sew-on articles, fancy stones, beads and pendants. Crystal Bronze, introduced last season, extends onto the Crystal Rocks family in transparent and black-foil bases. Swarovski Sustainability: TCF™ and ReCreated

Persian Red (TCF™) is produced using Swarovski's TCF™ colouring process. Compared with conventional colouring processes for crystal components, it uses 69% fewer mineral and metal resources and has a 38% lower overall environmental footprint, according to a cradle-to-gate, ISO 14040-conform screening Life Cycle Assessment using the EU-PEF method, performed by external agency Quantis. It is also cadmium-free.

The Swarovski ReCreated™ range represents Swarovski's most sustainable crystals, using a colour concept that significantly reduces the environmental footprint of each crystal produced. ReCreated crystals use at least 40% fewer natural resources than standard Swarovski crystals, incorporate a minimum of 50% glass breakage from the manufacturing process and reduce the overall environmental footprint by a minimum of 34%, without any compromise on brilliance. ReCreated Dark Jonquil and ReCreated Peridot feature in the AW27/28 assortment, including on the new Deltoid Fancy Stone.
