Swarovski rhinestones non hotfix Round (2000 Rose, 2058 Xilion & 2088 Xirius) in Crystal Electric Blue are flat back crystals that can easily be applied to most surfaces with glue. Crystal Electric Blue is an intense and vibrant shade of blue that is highly saturated and bright. With the Electric Lacquer effect, this enables the crystal to glow under a UV light, giving the appearance of emitting a luminous glow, similar to the bright lights of a neon sign, hence the name. Crystal Electric Blue is often used in fashion and in particular dance wear to create a bold and dynamic statement.
