To redeem your points, click the Bluestreak Rewards icon at the bottom left of our website and select Ways to Redeem. Your discount coupon code will be displayed on screen and emailed to you for safekeeping, just enter it at checkout to apply your discount. ✨

Bluestreak Rewards has four VIP tiers, the more you engage with us, the higher you climb. Reaching a new tier earns you bonus promotion points as a thank you:

VIP Tiers are recalculated every year starting 1st January, giving everyone a chance to climb higher and unlock new rewards.

To keep our rewards programme fresh and active, your reward points expire 12 months after they are earned.

This means each batch of points you earn has its own expiry date based on when it was earned, regardless of any other activity on your account.

Don't worry, we'll always send you a friendly reminder before your points are due to expire, so you have plenty of time to redeem them for a discount coupon. ✨

A few things to keep in mind about your rewards points:

• Points are only earned once payment for your order has been fully processed.
• Points are not earned on orders fully or partially paid for using reward points.
• If all or part of your order is cancelled or refunded, the corresponding reward points will be deducted from your account.
• Reward points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

Every order at Bluestreak Crystals comes with free Order Protection as standard. If your order arrives with damaged crystals or any faulty items, please file a claim within 30 days of receipt with your order details and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund quickly.

If your order arrives with missing items or contains any incorrect products, please file a claim via our free Order Protection service within 30 days of receipt. We'll arrange for any missing items to be sent or any incorrect items to be replaced or refunded.

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, please don't worry, sometimes parcels can be slightly delayed in transit. Before raising a claim, please allow the following minimum waiting periods:

• UK orders: A minimum of 7 days from the expected delivery date.
• International orders: A minimum of 14 days from the expected delivery date, as customs and international shipping can sometimes cause delays.

Once these timeframes have passed, please file a claim via our free Order Protection service or email hello@bluestreakcrystals.com with your order details. We'll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement, refund, or resolution as quickly as possible.

As a small, family-run business, we'll do everything we can to track down your sparkle and get it to you. ✨

If an item you ordered is not suitable, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

• Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.
• Retail packs of crystals can only be refunded if unopened. Once opened, they cannot be returned.
• Wholesale packs of crystals can only be refunded if unopened with the seal intact. A 20% administration fee applies to refunds on returned wholesale packs.
• If you want to return part of a bundle, the entire bundle must be returned together. Bundles cannot be split or partially returned.
• Most jewellery can be returned, but for hygiene reasons we're unable to accept returns on earrings, ear-wires, or ear posts.
• Bespoke, made-to-order, and special production items are non-returnable, as they are produced specifically for your order.
• Sale and end-of-line items are non-returnable.

• All returns must be accompanied by a completed Returns Form.
• For international returns outside the United Kingdom, please ensure that a completed CN22 Customs Form is securely attached to the outside of your parcel with the 'Returned Goods' box ticked. Failure to include this form may result in import duties being deducted from your refund.
• It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that returned items reach us in their original condition and packaging. Retail and wholesale packs must be securely resealed to prevent products from being lost or mixed during transit.
• We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely and that you are protected in the event of loss or damage during transit.

• For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please ensure correct postage is paid, as any underpaid parcels may be held by the carrier until the outstanding postage and any associated handling fees are settled.
• For faulty, damaged, missing, or incorrect items, return shipping costs are covered by us. Please contact us before returning any items so we can arrange a prepaid return label where applicable.

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, you will need to return the original product in accordance with our Returns Policy and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures that your replacement is processed quickly and that stock availability is accurately maintained.

To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible and provide your order number.

If your order includes items that have already been requested from our manufacturers, a 20% administration fee will apply. We'll always let you know upfront if this is the case.

The terms outlined in this Returns Policy do not affect your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
