📦 Missing or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with missing items or contains any incorrect products, please file a claim via our free Order Protection service within 30 days of receipt. We'll arrange for any missing items to be sent or any incorrect items to be replaced or refunded.

🚚 Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, please don't worry, sometimes parcels can be slightly delayed in transit. Before raising a claim, please allow the following minimum waiting periods:

  • UK orders: A minimum of 7 days from the expected delivery date.
  • International orders: A minimum of 14 days from the expected delivery date, as customs and international shipping can sometimes cause delays.

Once these timeframes have passed, please file a claim via our free Order Protection service or email hello@bluestreakcrystals.com with your order details. We'll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement, refund, or resolution as quickly as possible.

↩️ Returns (Change of Mind)

If an item you ordered is not suitable, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.
  • Retail packs of crystals can only be refunded if unopened. Once opened, they cannot be returned.
  • Wholesale packs of crystals can only be refunded if unopened with the seal intact. A 20% administration fee applies to refunds on returned wholesale packs.
  • If you want to return part of a bundle, the entire bundle must be returned together. Bundles cannot be split or partially returned.
  • Most jewellery can be returned, but for hygiene reasons we're unable to accept returns on earrings, ear-wires, or ear posts.
  • Bespoke, made-to-order, and special production items are non-returnable, as they are produced specifically for your order.
  • Sale and end-of-line items are non-returnable.
📋 How to Return Your Items
  • All returns must be accompanied by a completed Returns Form.
  • For international returns outside the United Kingdom, please ensure that a completed CN22 Customs Form is securely attached to the outside of your parcel with the 'Returned Goods' box ticked. Failure to include this form may result in import duties being deducted from your refund.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that returned items reach us in their original condition and packaging. Retail and wholesale packs must be securely resealed to prevent products from being lost or mixed during transit.
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely and that you are protected in the event of loss or damage during transit.
💷 Return Shipping Costs
  • For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please ensure correct postage is paid, as any underpaid parcels may be held by the carrier until the outstanding postage and any associated handling fees are settled.
  • For faulty, damaged, missing, or incorrect items, return shipping costs are covered by us. Please contact us before returning any items so we can arrange a prepaid return label where applicable.
🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, you will need to return the original product in accordance with our Returns Policy and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures that your replacement is processed quickly and that stock availability is accurately maintained.
