These gold plated Crimp Beads measuring 2mm are small metal beads used in jewellery making to secure the ends of a stringing material such as beading wire or nylon cord. The bead is crimped onto the material using crimping pliers, which compress the bead and create a secure and tidy finish.
As these crimp beads are made of Plated metal, where a fine layer of gold has been bonded onto the brass base metal, over time and with excess use this layer may eventually wear away. All our plated metal findings are compliant with EU REACH regulations.
